Chris McCall, a valued member of our Commercial Team, specializes in investment sales, commercial development, leasing and financial analysis. Chris brings with him his 11 years of commercial real estate experience and vast knowledge of the market. A resident of Bay County since 1984, he is in tune with the progress he has seen in the past 24 years in our area.

Chris is a graduate of Florida State University where he double-majored in Real Estate and Finance. FSU has one of the premier real estate programs in the country. He is also a graduate of Cushman & Wakefield?s prestigious Executive Development Program in the Miami office where he honed his skills in Market Analysis, Financial Analysis and Lease Negotiations, and Corporate Advisory Services. Mr. McCall?s formal real estate education, vast experience and multi-faceted expertise provides his clients with the ability to maximize the value of real estate transactions and decisions.

Mr. McCall is also involved with numerous civic activities including the Leadership Bay Program, the United Way and several local economic development groups. He is married to Michelle and they have two beautiful daughters, Alex and Elle.
